 Tabling the bill (H.R. 2466) entitled ``An Act making appropriations 
for the Department of the Interior and related agencies for the fiscal 
        year ending September 30, 2000, and for other purposes.

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That the enrolled copy of the bill (H.R. 2466) making appropriations 
for the Department of the Interior and related agencies for the fiscal 
year ending September 30, 2000, and for other purposes, shall not be 
presented
to the President, to the end that the bill be, and is hereby, laid on 
the table.

            Passed the House of Representatives November 18, 1999.
