                To correct the enrollment of H.R. 2400.

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That, in the enrollment of the bill H.R. 2400 the Clerk of the House of 
Representatives shall make the following corrections:
            (1) In the table contained in section 1602 of the bill--
                    (A) strike item 166, relating to Macomb County, 
                Michigan, and insert the following:

        ``$10,000,000 of such amounts shall be available to the state 
        of Alabama for fiscal years 1999 and 2000''; and
            (3) On page 1B-129, after line 10, insert the following new 
        subsections and redesignate succeeding subsections accordingly:
    ``(g)(1) The Secretary shall provide $10 million for construction 
of Highway 323 between Alzada and the vicinity of Ekalaka, Montana.
    ``(2) Funds authorized by this subsection shall be available for 
obligation in the same manner as if such funds had been apportioned 
under chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code.
    ``(h)(1) The Secretary shall provide $1.125 million for 
construction of Third Street North, CSAH 81, Waite Park.
    ``(2) Funds authorized by this subsection shall be available for 
obligation in the same manner as if such funds had been apportioned 
under chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code.''.
