             the twenty-fourth day of January, two thousand


                          Concurrent Resolution

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in the enrollment of 
the bill (H.R. 4919) to amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and 
the Arms Export Control Act to make improvements to certain defense and 
security assistance provisions under those Acts, to authorize the 
transfer of naval vessels to certain foreign countries, and for other 
purposes, shall make the following corrections:
        (1) On page 34, line 1, insert ``on a grant basis'' after 
    ``available''.
        (2) On page 34, line 11, strike ``paragraph (1)'' and insert 
    ``subsection (b)(1) and paragraph (1) of this subsection''.
        (3) On page 36, line 19, insert ``on a grant basis'' after 
    ``available''.
