                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 1350) to reauthorize the 
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and for other purposes, 
the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following 
corrections:
            (1) Modify section 674(c)(1)(D) of the Individuals with 
        Disabilities Education Act, as amended by section 101 of the 
        Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 
        2004, by striking ``and secondary schools'' and inserting ``, 
        secondary schools, postsecondary schools, and graduate 
        schools''.
            (2) Modify section 612(a)(14) of the Individuals with 
        Disabilities Education Act, as amended by section 101 of the 
        Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 
        2004, by--
                    (A) redesignating subparagraphs (C) and (D) as 
                subparagraphs (D) and (E), respectively; and
                    (B) by inserting after subparagraph (B) the 
                following:
                    ``(C) Qualifications for special education 
                teachers.--The qualifications described in subparagraph 
                (A) shall ensure that each person employed as a special 
                education teacher in the State who teaches elementary 
                school, middle school, or secondary school is highly 
                qualified by the deadline established in section 
                1119(a)(2) of the Elementary and Secondary Education 
                Act of 1965.
