Mr. Obey introduced the following joint resolution; which was referred 
                   to the Committee on Appropriations

                            JOINT RESOLUTION


 
Making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1996, and 
                          for other purposes.

    Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 
States of America in Congress assembled, That section 106(c) of Public 
Law 104-56 is amended by striking ``December 15, 1995'' and inserting 
``January 12, 1996''.
