                                 AN ACT


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service at 13234 
South Baltimore Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, as the ``John J. Buchanan 
                        Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

<DELETED>SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    The facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 13234 South Baltimore Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, is hereby 
designated as the ``John J. Buchanan Post Office Building''.</DELETED>

<DELETED>SEC. 2. REFERENCES.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    Any reference in a law, regulation, map, document, paper, 
or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in 
section 1 shall be considered to be a reference to the ``John J. 
Buchanan Post Office Building''.</DELETED>

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service, located at 9308 
South Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60617, is designated as the 
``John J. Buchanan Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be considered to be a reference to the ``John J. Buchanan Post 
Office Building''.

            Amend the title so as to read: ``To designate the facility 
        of the United States Postal Service located at 9308 South 
        Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, as the `John J. Buchanan 
        Post Office Building'.''.
