    To designate the United States courthouse located in New Haven, 
    Connecticut, as the ``Richard C. Lee United States Courthouse''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

<DELETED>SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF RICHARD C. LEE UNITED STATES 
              COURTHOUSE.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    The United States courthouse located in New Haven, 
Connecticut, shall be known and designated as the ``Richard C. Lee 
United States Courthouse''.</DELETED>

<DELETED>SEC. 2. REFERENCES.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, 
or other record of the United States to the United States courthouse 
referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the 
``Richard C. Lee United States Courthouse''.</DELETED>

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The United States courthouse located at 141 Church Street in New 
Haven, Connecticut, shall be known and designated as the ``Richard C. 
Lee United States Courthouse''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the United States courthouse referred to 
in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Richard C. Lee 
United States Courthouse''.
            Amend the title so as to read: ``A bill to designate the 
        United States courthouse located at 141 Church Street in New 
        Haven, Connecticut, as the `Richard C. Lee United States 
        Courthouse'.''.
