                                 AN ACT


 
 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 757 Warren Road in Ithaca, New York, as the ``Matthew F. McHugh Post 
                               Office''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 757 
Warren Road in Ithaca, New York, shall be known and designated as the 
``Matthew F. McHugh Post Office''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Matthew F. McHugh Post 
Office''.
