To amend title 38, United States Code, to delay the termination of the 
                Advisory Committee on Minority Veterans.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON MINORITY VETERANS.

    Subsection (e) of section 544 of title 38, United States Code, is 
amended by striking ``December 31, 2003'' and inserting ``December 31, 
2007''.
