A BILL
To allow certain Mexican nationals to be admitted as nonimmigrant
visitors for a period of 6 months.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANT VISITORS.
A Mexican national described in section 212.1(c)(1)(i) of title 8
of the Code of Federal Regulations, as in effect on the date of
enactment of this Act, shall be admitted as a nonimmigrant visitor for
a period of 6 months.
