Resolved, That the House agree to the amendments of the Senate to the bill
(H.R. 4040) entitled ``An Act to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide
for the establishment of a program under which long-term care insurance is made
available to Federal employees, members of the uniformed services, and civilian
and military retirees, and for other purposes'', with the following
(1)Page 2, line 7, strike [and].
(2)Page 2, line 9, strike the comma and insert: ; and
(3)Page 2, after line 9, insert the following:
``(C) an individual employed by the Tennessee
(4)Page 29, line 18, after ``limit'' insert: under title 5, United
