A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl
Tetramethylbutylphenol.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF DUTY.
(a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in
numerical sequence the following new heading:
`` 9902.01.04 Methylene Bis- Free Free No change On or before 12/ ''.

(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
