                                 A BILL


 
    To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to extend the 
   authorization of appropriations for the Lake Pontchartrain Basin 
           Restoration Program from fiscal year 2005 to 2010.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 121 (f)(1) 
of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1273 (f)(1)) is 
amended by striking ``2005'' and inserting ``2010''.
