To designate the Federal building located at 300 Recinto Sur Street in 
 Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, as the ``Jose V. Toledo United States Post 
                        Office and Courthouse''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

<DELETED>SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    The Federal building located at 300 Recinto Sur Street in 
Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, shall be known and designated as the ``Jose 
V. Toledo United States Post Office and Courthouse''.</DELETED>

<DELETED>SEC. 2. REFERENCES.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, 
or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred 
to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Jose V. 
Toledo United States Post Office and Courthouse''.</DELETED>

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The Federal building and United States courthouse located at the 
intersection of Comercio and San Justo Streets, in San Juan, Puerto 
Rico, shall be known and designated as the ``Jose V. Toledo Federal 
Building and United States Courthouse''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the Federal building and United States 
courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 
to the ``Jose V. Toledo Federal Building and United States 
Courthouse''.
            Amend the title so as to read: ``A bill to designate the 
        Federal building and United States courthouse located at the 
        intersection of Comercio and San Justo Streets, in San Juan, 
        Puerto Rico, as the `Jose V. Toledo Federal Building and United 
        States Courthouse'.''.
