Mr. Lucas of Oklahoma introduced the following bill; which was referred 
         to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

                                 A BILL


 
    To designate the national aviation center located at 5020 South 
  Meridian Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as the ``Glenn English 
                  Customs National Aviation Center''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The national aviation center operated by the United States Customs 
Service and located at 5020 South Meridian Avenue in Oklahoma City, 
Oklahoma, shall be designated as the ``Glenn English Customs National 
Aviation Center''.

SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, regulation, document, paper, map, or other 
record of the United States to the aviation center referred to in 
section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Glenn English 
Customs National Aviation Center''.
