To designate the Federal building and United States courthouse located 
 at 504 Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, as the ``Edward N. 
         Cahn Federal Building and United States Courthouse''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

<DELETED>SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    (a) Designation.--The Federal building and United States 
courthouse located at 504 Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, 
shall be known and designated as the ``Edward N. Cahn Federal Building 
and United States Courthouse''.</DELETED>
<DELETED>    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, 
document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal 
building and United States courthouse referred to in subsection (a) 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Edward N. Cahn Federal 
Building and United States Courthouse''.</DELETED>

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The Federal building and United States courthouse located at 504 
West Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, shall be known and 
designated as the ``Edward N. Cahn Federal Building and United States 
Courthouse''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the Federal building and United States 
courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 
to the ``Edward N. Cahn Federal Building and United States 
Courthouse''.
            Amend the title so as to read: ``A bill to designate the 
        Federal building and United States courthouse located at 504 
        West Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, as the `Edward 
        N. Cahn Federal Building and United States Courthouse'.''.
