To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
 at 7401 West 100th Place in Bridgeview, Illinois, as the ``Michael J. 
                      Healy Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7401 
West 100th Place in Bridgeview, Illinois, and known as the Moraine 
Valley Post Office, shall be known and designated as the ``Michael J. 
Healy Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Michael J. Healy Post Office 
Building''.
