                               AMENDMENT

                                   TO

                           SENATE AMENDMENTS
                In the House of Representatives, U. S.,

                                                        April 12, 1999.

    Resolved, That the House agree to the amendments of the Senate to the bill 
(H.R. 98) entitled ``An Act to amend chapter 443 of title 49, United States 
Code, to extend the aviation war risk insurance program and to amend the 
Centennial of Flight Commemoration Act to make technical and other 
corrections'', with the following

                               AMENDMENT:

            At the end of the Senate amendment, add the 
      following:

    Page 2, line 3, strike [March] and insert: May.
