                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                        March 25, 1999.
      Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
98) entitled ``An Act to amend chapter 443 of title 49, United States 
Code, to extend the aviation war risk insurance program and to amend 
the Centennial of Flight Commemoration Act to make technical and other 
corrections.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

    Page 2, strike out all after line 4 over to and including line 9 on 
page 4

            Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to amend chapter 
        443 of title 49, United States Code, to extend the aviation war 
        risk insurance program.''.
