 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and that they are 
hereby, elected to the following standing committees of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Mr. Holden and Mr. 
Lampson.
    Committee on Science: Mrs. Tauscher.
    Committee on International Relations: Mr. Davis of Florida.
    Committee on National Security: Mr. Rodriguez.
    Committee on Resources: Mr. Doggett.
    Committee on Government Reform and Oversight: Mr. Ford.
