resolution; which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be

                               RESOLUTION


 
Waiving points of order against the conference report to accompany the 
bill (H.R. 2015) to provide for reconciliation pursuant to subsections 
   (b)(1) and (c) of section 105 of the concurrent resolution on the 
                      budget for fiscal year 1998.

    Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in 
order to consider the conference report to accompany the bill (H.R. 
2015) to provide for reconciliation pursuant to subsections (b)(1) and 
(c) of section 105 of the concurrent resolution on the budget for 
fiscal year 1998. All points of order against the conference report and 
against its consideration are waived. The conference report shall be 
considered as read. The conference report shall be debatable for ninety 
minutes equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking 
minority member of the Committee on the Budget.
