RESOLUTION
Providing for consideration of a joint resolution waiving certain
enrollment requirements with respect to two specified bills of the One
Hundred Fifth Congress.
Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in
order to consider in the House a joint resolution waiving certain
enrollment requirements with respect to two specified bills of the One
Hundred Fifth Congress. The joint resolution shall be debatable for ten
minutes equally divided and controlled by the majority leader and the
minority leader or their designees. The previous question shall be
considered as ordered on the joint resolution to final passage without
intervening motion except one motion to commit.
