 Mr. Boehner submitted the following resolution; which was considered 
                             and agreed to



   Electing Representative Tauzin of Louisiana to the Committees on 
                        Commerce and Resources.
    Resolved, That the following named Member be, and he is hereby, 
elected to the following standing committees of the House of 
    Committee on Commerce: Mr. Tauzin of Louisiana, to rank following 
Mr. Moorhead of California.
    Committee on Resources: Mr. Tauzin of Louisiana, to rank following 
Mr. Young of Alaska.
