                               RESOLUTION


 
    Directing the Secretary of the Treasury to produce all factual 
  information pertaining to the actions taken by the Secretary of the 
Treasury and the United States Executive Directors at the international 
 financial institutions to comply with the requirements of 1621 of the 
International Financial Institutions Act, relating to encouragement of 
                         fair labor practices.

    Resolved, That the Secretary of the Treasury is directed to produce 
all factual information pertaining to the actions taken by the 
Secretary of the Treasury and the United States Executive Directors at 
the international financial institutions (as defined in section 
1701(c)(2) of the International Financial Institutions Act) to comply 
with the requirements of 1621 of such Act (22 U.S.C. 262p-4p), as added 
by section 526(e) of Public Law 103-306 (108 Stat. 1633).
