resolution; which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be

                               RESOLUTION


 
Waiving points of order against the conference report to accompany the 
   bill (H.R. 3064) making appropriations for the government of the 
  District of Columbia and other activities chargeable in whole or in 
   part against revenues of said District for the fiscal year ending 
              September 30, 2000, and for other purposes.

    Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in 
order to consider the conference report to accompany the bill (H.R. 
3064) making appropriations for the government of the District of 
Columbia and other activities chargeable in whole or in part against 
revenues of said District for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
2000, and for other purposes. All points of order against the 
conference report and against its consideration are waived. The 
conference report shall be considered as read. The conference report 
shall be debatable for two hours equally divided and controlled by the 
chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on 
Appropriations.
