 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Member be, and is hereby, 
elected to the following standing Committee of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on Banking and Financial Services: Mr. Ackerman of New 
York to rank immediately after Mr. Watt of North Carolina.
