 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and that they are 
hereby, elected to the following standing committees of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on International Relations: Mrs. Capps of California.
    Committee on Science: Mrs. Capps of California.
    Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Mr. Baldacci of 
Maine and Mr. Berry of Arkansas.
