   Mr. Baker (for himself, Mr. Frank of Massachusetts, Mr. Green of 
Wisconsin, Ms. Norton, Mr. Foley, Mrs. Maloney, Mr. Weldon of Florida, 
 Mr. Hoeffel, Mr. Frost, Mr. Kildee, Mr. McGovern, Mr. LaTourette, Mr. 
Rahall, Mr. Hinchey, Mr. Boehlert, Mr. Hayes, Mr. Smith of New Jersey, 
Mr. Doyle, and Mr. Goode) submitted the following resolution; which was 
             referred to the Committee on Government Reform

                               RESOLUTION


 
      Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that a 
 commemorative postage stamp should be issued on the subject of autism 
                               awareness.

    Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives 
that--
            (1) a commemorative postage stamp should be issued by the 
        United States Postal Service on the subject of autism 
        awareness; and
            (2) the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee should recommend 
        to the Postmaster General that such a postage stamp be issued.
