                 In the House of Representatives, U.S.,

                                                      October 27, 2000.
Whereas the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has completed its investigation 
        of the California energy crisis: Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved, That it is the sense of the United States House of Representatives 
that, before November 1, 2000, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission should 
make public its findings and recommendations regarding the electricity crisis in 
California.
