 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and that they are 
hereby, elected to the following standing committees of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Mr. Blumenauer of 
Oregon, to rank directly below Mr. Cummings of Maryland.
    Committee on Education and the Workforce: Mr. Kucinich of Ohio.
    Committee on the Budget: Mr. McDermott of Washington.
