                   referred to the Committee on Rules

                               RESOLUTION


 
Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to make a technical 
           correction on limitations on the use of the frank.

    Resolved, That clause 8 of rule XXIV of the Rules of the House of 
Representatives is amended by striking ``60'' and inserting ``90''.
