Safeguards:
Buildings employ security guards. Records are maintained in areas
accessible only to authorized personnel who are properly screened,
cleared and trained.
Retention and disposal:
Retained in the servicing General Counsel's office for 1 year after
final decision is made; subsequently retired to the AAFES warehouse or
servicing General Services Administration records holding center where
it is held 6 years before being destroyed by shredding.
