Retrievability: Indexed by several data elements, including last name of
principal. Discs are stored in accordance with strictest security
measures applicable to secret/restricted data. They are loaded only
upon request. Listings prepared from tapes are maintained in
accordance with security requirements, according to the highest
classifications on the list.
Safeguards: Access limited, on a need-to-know basis, to ACDA managers
and management of other federal agencies with appropriate security
clearances, who are involved in formulation of arms control policy.
Retention and disposal: Records are maintained indefinitely.
