Joint Resolution
Providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the
Department of Labor under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code,
relating to ergonomics. <<NOTE: Mar. 20, 2001 - [S.J. Res. 6]>>
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to ergonomics
(published at 65 Fed. Reg. 68261 (2000)), and such rule shall have no
force or effect.
Approved March 20, 2001.
