An Act
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at
5805 White Oak Avenue in Encino, California, as the ``Francis Dayle
`Chick' Hearn Post Office''. <<NOTE: Nov. 6, 2002 - [H.R. 5340]>>
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 5805
White Oak Avenue in Encino, California, shall be known and designated as
the ``Francis Dayle `Chick' Hearn Post Office''.
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Francis Dayle `Chick' Hearn
Post Office''.
