                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 1000 Avenida Sanchez Osorio in Carolina, Puerto Rico, as the ``Roberto 
 Clemente Walker Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: Oct. 10, 2003 -  [H.R. 
                                2826]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1000 
Avenida Sanchez Osorio in Carolina, Puerto Rico, shall be known and 
designated as the ``Roberto Clemente Walker Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Roberto Clemente Walker Post 
Office Building''.

    Approved October 10, 2003.
