                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
304 West Michigan Street in Stuttgart, Arkansas, as the ``Lloyd L. Burke 
         Post Office''. <<NOTE: June 25, 2004 -  [H.R. 3059]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 304 West 
Michigan Street in Stuttgart, Arkansas, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Lloyd L. Burke Post Office''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Lloyd L. Burke Post Office''.

    Approved June 25, 2004.
