To provide for the reimbursement of air fare costs incurred by members 
 of the United States Armed Forces for domestic travel while on leave 
  from deployment overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and 
                      Operation Enduring Freedom.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REIMBURSEMENT OF DOMESTIC AIR FARE COSTS INCURRED BY MEMBERS 
              OF THE ARMED FORCES WHILE ON LEAVE FROM DEPLOYMENT 
              OVERSEAS IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM AND 
              OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.

    The Secretary of Defense shall reimburse air fare costs incurred by 
members of the United States Armed Forces in connection with travel 
within the United States while such members are on leave from 
deployment overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation 
Enduring Freedom.
