To amend the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 to add 
     White Earth Tribal and Community College to the list of 1994 
                             Institutions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ADDITION TO LIST OF 1994 INSTITUTIONS.

    Section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 
1994 (Public Law 103-382; 7 U.S.C. 301 note) is amended by adding at 
the end the following:
            ``(31) White Earth Tribal and Community College.''.
