  which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Agriculture,

To amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to increase the minimum amount 
         available to States for State administrative expenses.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. STATE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES.

    Section 7(a)(2) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 
1776(a)(2)) is amended in the second sentence by striking ``$100,000'' 
and inserting ``$200,000''.
