  Mr. Schumer (for himself and Mrs. Clinton) introduced the following 
      bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on 
                  Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry

  To withdraw Federal land in Finger Lakes National Forest, New York, 
   from entry, appropriation, disposal, or disposition under certain 
                             Federal laws.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FINGER LAKES NATIONAL FOREST WITHDRAWAL.

    All Federal land within the boundary of Finger Lakes National 
Forest in the State of New York is withdrawn from--
            (1) all forms of entry, appropriation, or disposal under 
        the public land laws; and
            (2) disposition under all laws relating to oil and gas 
        leasing.
