To extend the commercial space launch damage indemnification provisions 
           of section 70113 of title 49, United States Code.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION. 1. COMMERCIAL SPACE LAUNCH INDUSTRY INDEMNIFICATION EXTENSION.

    Section 70113(f) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``December 31, 1999.'' and inserting ``December 31, 2009''.
