                               RESOLUTION


 
                 A resolution relative to rule XXXIII.

    Resolved, That, notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXXIII, the 
Senate authorize the videotaping of the address by the Senator from 
West Virginia (Mr. Byrd) to the incoming Senators scheduled to be given 
in the Senate Chamber in December 2000.
