The purpose for publishing this agenda is to give notice of any regulatory activity by the Commission in order to allow the public an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: For further information on any items in the agenda, contact: Emma Monroig, Solicitor, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, Room 632, 624 Ninth Street NW., Washington, DC 20425, (202) 376-8351. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with Executive Order 12866 ``Regulatory Planning and Review'' and the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 605), executive agencies are required to publish in the Federal Register semiannual regulatory agendas in April and October of each year. The regulations being considered by the Commission are not ``significant'' rules within the meaning of E.O. 12866, and no regulatory impact analysis is required. The Commission has determined that the regulations under consideration will not impose compliance costs or reporting burdens on the public nor will the regulations have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
